This site provides educational and informational content about Abbey Moody's ideas, media, and coaching services. Public content is not therapy, medical or nutrition treatment, legal or financial advice, crisis support, or a substitute for qualified professional care.

Browsing the site, following social accounts, or submitting an inquiry does not create a coaching or other professional relationship. A coaching relationship begins only through mutual agreement and completion of the required client documents.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and use the site lawfully. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape or republish content unlawfully, or use the site to violate another person's rights.

Third-party services

The site may use or link to services operated by Vercel, Resend, Zoom, Stripe, TikTok, and others. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services, and we do not control their availability or content.

Coaching and purchases

Any coaching engagement is governed by a separate client agreement. The offer, fees, payment timing, confidentiality limits, and scope will be provided before purchase or enrollment.

No guaranteed results

Ideas, examples, and coaching descriptions do not guarantee a health, emotional, relationship, career, financial, creative, or other outcome. Your choices, circumstances, effort, and other support affect results.

Availability and changes

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free content, and we may update these Terms as the site and services evolve.
