Providers and sharing

Information may be processed by Vercel for hosting, Resend for consultation and contact-form email delivery, Zoom for calls, Stripe for hosted checkout after Abbey sends a payment link, and TikTok when you follow an external link or choose to load a video. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics, cookies, and external media

Vercel Web Analytics helps us understand aggregate page visits and a small set of non-sensitive actions, such as selecting a consultation link, successfully submitting a form, or choosing to play a video. These events do not include names, email addresses, message text, coaching context, or other form answers. The site minimizes nonessential tracking. External services may receive technical information when you follow their links or choose to load embedded media.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, meet operational obligations, and maintain security. No system is completely secure, so please use discretion when sending information online.

Adults only

The site and coaching services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
